Once registered you will be emailed an access code that will allow you to pay through this ticketing site. Payment can also be made by etransfer or by calling or visiting our box office. Our box office is open Mon-Friday from 12 noon – 4 pm 250-368-9669. Reminder that no payment can be accepted without registration form completion.

~Preparatory Musical Theatre Production~
Students ages 8-18 will gain skills in auditioning, learning choreography, vocal production, learning lines and character work. These students will make up the chorus in this year’s production of Matilda JR.

Auditions take place: May 27, 2024
Students ages 12-18 who are accepted into this program will be the MAIN CAST for Matilda JR, and heighten their singing, dancing and acting skills while experiencing what it is like to be a part of a full-scale musical production. Lead characters will be given solo practices for both vocals and character development through the month of June (Dates and Times TBA).
IF YOU DO NOT WANT A MAIN ROLE BUT ARE 12-18 YOU CAN STILL BE PART OF THE PREPARATORY COURSE

Classes for both levels take place daily, Monday to Friday 9am-3:30pm starting July 2nd-21st at The Bailey Theatre.
Please note the time change from previous years, as Monday July 1st there will be no classes. In order to provide our minimum class time we have adjusted our daily class time by half an hour.

Students need to bring a notebook, their script, pencil, eraser, water bottle, snack and packed lunch to EVERY REHEARSAL. Wear clothes that are comfortable and easy to move in. If you have long hair please have it tied back. NO GUM please.

All students will be performing 3 shows at The Bailey Theatre. Saturday July 20th at 3pm & 7pm and Sunday July 21st at 3pm. Call time is 1.5 hours prior to each show.

Triple Threat is not child care, please only register your kids in this camp if your child is showing interest and/or aptitude for the performing arts.

NEW THIS YEAR: This program is subsidized directly by The Trail Arts Council and by grants received from other organizations. The true cost of this program is $860 per participant. If you are able, please consider donating an additional amount to our sustainability fund! Your donation will support scholarships for participants who could not normally afford registration fees and support future Triple Threat Camps.
