Rocky Mountain High – Celebrating The Music of John Denver
Thursday June 8, 2023 @ 7:30pm
At The Bailey Theatre in Trail, BC
Rocky Mountain High – Celebrating the Music of John Denver is a true celebration of John Denver’s music as arranged by his original arranger/conductor Lee Holdridge.
A great show for all ages. Join the fun and sing and clap along to many of your favourites, Take Me Home Country Roads, Sunshine on My Shoulders, Calypso and many more.
Unlike other tributes that try to emulate John’s look and voice, this production focuses on John’s incredible legacy of songs. Staying true to the original arrangements as first performed at the height of John’s career with Lee Holdridge arrangements being front and centre. Combining great music with stunning visuals and some great insights into John and the arrangements by Lee Holdridge and others.
